TimeToU – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

More Than 24 Hours Before Appointment

  • Full refund (if prepaid)

Between 4-24 Hours

  • Refund subject to salon policy

Less Than 4 Hours

  • No refund unless approved by salon
  • No refund

No Show

Salon Cancellations

If a salon cancels:

Customers may:

  • Receive full refund
  • Reschedule appointment
  • Select an alternative salon

Platform Fees

Convenience fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Refund Timeline

  • UPI: 1–3 business days
  • Debit/Credit Card: 5–10 business days
  • Net Banking: 3–7 business days

TimeToU – Salon Partner Agreement

1. Partnership

The salon agrees to participate on the TimeToU platform as an independent service provider.

2. Salon Responsibilities

The salon shall:

  • Maintain valid business licenses
  • Follow local regulations
  • Maintain hygiene standards
  • Honour confirmed bookings
  • Keep pricing updated

3. Service Quality

Salon remains fully responsible for:

  • Customer satisfaction
  • Staff conduct
  • Hygiene practices
  • Service delivery

TimeToU does not supervise salon operations.

4. Payments

Salon agrees to:

  • Pay subscription fees (if applicable)
  • Pay commission fees (if applicable)
  • Maintain valid settlement bank accounts

5. Customer Data

Salon agrees to:

  • Use customer data only for appointment purposes
  • Not sell or transfer customer information
  • Comply with Indian privacy laws

6. Reviews

Salons shall not:

  • Post fake reviews
  • Manipulate ratings
  • Incentivize positive reviews

7. Termination

TimeToU may suspend or terminate partnerships due to:

  • Fraud
  • Repeated complaints
  • Policy violations
  • Non-payment

TimeToU – Data Processing Agreement (DPDP Act 2023 Compliance)

1. Purpose

This agreement governs the processing of personal data collected through TimeToU.

2. Definitions

Data Principal

The customer or individual whose personal data is collected.

Data Fiduciary

TimeToU Technologies.

Data Fiduciary

Third-party providers processing data on behalf of TimeToU.

3. Processing Activities

Personal data may be processed for:

  • Booking management
  • Customer support
  • Marketing (with consent)
  • Payment processing
  • Fraud prevention

4. User Consent

Data is retained only as long as necessary for:

  • Impersonate businesses
  • Post misleading reviews
  • Share harmful or illegal content

Salon Standards

Salons must:

  • Maintain hygiene
  • Deliver advertised services
  • Honour appointments
  • Display accurate pricing

Reviews Policy

Reviews must:

  • Be based on actual experiences
  • Avoid offensive language
  • Not contain false allegations

TimeToU may remove reviews violating these guidelines.

Enforcement

TimeToU may:

  • Remove content
  • Suspend accounts
  • Remove salon listings
  • Permanently ban users

for serious or repeated violations.
