TimeToU acts only as a technology platform facilitating bookings and communication between customers and service providers. Similar marketplace booking platforms typically clarify that the platform facilitates bookings while salons remain responsible for service delivery.

Terms for Customers (Public Users)

By creating an account or using TimeToU, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old.
  • Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Registration

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel bookings according to the salon's cancellation policy.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation terms displayed during booking.

7. User Conduct

Users shall not:

  • Provide false information.
  • Abuse salon staff.
  • Engage in fraudulent bookings.
  • Use the platform for illegal activities.
  • Post offensive reviews or content.

8. Reviews and Ratings

  • Reviews must reflect genuine experiences.
  • Fake, misleading, or defamatory reviews may be removed.

9. Service Responsibility

TimeToU does not provide beauty services directly.
 Service quality, hygiene, pricing, and outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the salon partner. Marketplace salon platforms commonly place responsibility for service delivery on the salon rather than the booking platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

TimeToU shall not be liable for:

  • Service dissatisfaction
  • Allergic reactions
  • Injuries occurring at salons
  • Delays or cancellations by salons
  • Loss of personal belongings

Terms for Salon Partners

1. Salon Eligibility

Salon partners must:

  • Hold valid business licenses where required.
  • Comply with local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain professional service standards. Similar salon-management platforms require salons to provide accurate business details and comply with regulations.

2. Salon Registration

Salon partners agree to provide:

  • Business name
  • Owner details
  • Contact information
  • Service menu
  • Pricing information
  • Business location

3. Accuracy of Information

Salons are responsible for maintaining:

  • Correct pricing
  • Service descriptions
  • Business hours
  • Staff availability
  • Photos and promotional content

4. Booking Obligations

Salon partners must:

  • Honour confirmed bookings.
  • Notify customers promptly of cancellations.
  • Maintain updated availability calendars.

Industry feedback indicates salon owners value control over bookings, pricing, and customer management.

5. Customer Service Standards

Salons must:

  • Maintain hygiene standards.
  • Treat customers respectfully.
  • Deliver services professionally.
  • Ensure staff are adequately trained.

6. Commission & Subscription Fees

  • TimeToU may charge commissions, subscriptions, promotional fees, or software usage fees.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

7. Promotional Listings

TimeToU may offer:

  • Featured listings
  • Sponsored placements
  • Premium visibility packages

Purchasing promotional services does not guarantee bookings.

8. Customer Data

Salon partners may only use customer data for:

  • Appointment management
  • Customer service
  • Marketing with customer consent

Unauthorized sharing or sale of customer information is prohibited.

9. Reviews & Ratings

Salons may not:

  • Manipulate ratings
  • Post fake reviews
  • Offer incentives for positive reviews

10. Suspension & Removal

TimeToU may suspend or remove salon listings for:

  • Fraudulent activities
  • Repeated customer complaints
  • Safety concerns
  • Non-payment of platform fees
  • Violation of platform policies

11. Independent Business Status

Salon partners operate as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of TimeToU.

General Terms Applicable to All Users

Intellectual Property

The TimeToU name, logo, software, and platform content remain the exclusive property of TimeToU.

Privacy

User data will be handled according to the TimeToU Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

TimeToU may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
